Legal clarity
without the
paper chase.
Qyst answers legal questions with the articles they stand on. Official Algerian sources come first, plain language follows, and every case ends in a file a lawyer can use.
§02 · The sources
Every answer cites the article it stands on.
Qyst searches the codes, the Journal Officiel and Cour suprême jurisprudence before it writes a sentence. The citation arrives with the answer — article number, source text, and a link to the original.
§03 · The method
Five checks run before Qyst answers.
Every question passes through the same pipeline, so the answer arrives classified, cited and confidence-scored.
- 01
Classify the legal area
Employment, rent, family, commercial — the question is routed before a word is written.
- 02
Detect risk and urgency
Deadlines, prescription periods and high-stakes matters are flagged at intake.
- 03
Ask what's missing
Qyst asks the clarifying questions a lawyer would ask, because the facts change the law.
- 04
Retrieve and verify sources
Primary Algerian texts come first, and every citation is checked against the corpus.
- 05
Score its own confidence
The answer carries a confidence level, and says so plainly when the ground is thin.
“My general manager verbally terminated me last week without any letter, after two years there.”
1 — Did you sign a written employment contract?
2 — Were you registered with social security (CNAS)?
3 — Any prior written warning or disciplinary letter?
Toggle the answers — the audit recomputes with the law.
- Employment basis: Written CDI contract established.
- Social security: CNAS registration active.
- Disciplinary process: Written warnings absent — the termination lacks statutory procedure.
Loi n° 90-11 — relations de travail« Art. 73 — Le licenciement individuel prononcé en violation des procédures légales constitue une rupture abusive ouvrant droit à réparation. »
§04 · The answer
Every answer has the same nine parts.
Qyst returns a document you can scan, question and act on — the short answer first, the law beneath it, and the next step at the end.
A“Mon propriétaire refuse de me rendre ma caution.”
Your deposit must be returned within a reasonable delay after you hand back the property — unless the landlord proves real, documented damage beyond normal wear.
Obligations de restitution du locataire en fin de bail…
Responsabilité pour dégradations au-delà de l'usure normale…
A deposit is held as security. Once you return the keys in normal condition, withholding it requires written proof — photos, an inventory, or repair invoices.
- Was an entry inventory signed?
- How much was the deposit?
- Written request sent?
- Signed rental contract
- Entry & exit inventory (état des lieux)
- Proof of deposit payment
Send a formal written request, then create a case in Qyst to track the dispute and its deadlines.
If the landlord ignores a formal notice, a lawyer or the local court is the next step.
Legal information, not legal advice. Outcomes depend on the facts and a qualified review.
§05 · Confidence
Qyst tells you how sure it is — and when it isn't.
The dangerous answer is the confident wrong one. Every response carries a confidence level, the exact texts behind it, and a plain warning when the ground is thin.
A direct article was found and the answer stands on primary sources.
A relevant source exists, and your facts are incomplete or the source is indirect.
Direct sources are weak or absent — the answer stays general, and Qyst says so, plainly.
§06 · The workspace
From a messy chat to a lawyer-ready file.
Any conversation becomes a structured matter. Qyst extracts the facts, builds a timeline, tracks your documents, and assembles a brief a lawyer can use.
Abderrahmane v. SARL Maghreb Import

Appointed Cadre Logistique. Base pay 120,000 DZD.
CDI_Agreement.pdfEmployer contributions stop — flagged on the insured history.
CNAS_Statement.pdfStatutory notice and hearing skipped — a direct violation of Article 73.
