1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the Qyst platform, a legal intelligence service powered by artificial intelligence and specializing in Algerian law. By using Qyst, you accept these terms in their entirety.
2. Nature of Service
Qyst is a legal assistance tool. It does not constitute a law firm and does not provide legal advice within the meaning of Algerian law. The responses generated by Qyst are indicative information. For any legal decision, we recommend consulting a lawyer registered with the bar association.
3. Access to Service
Access to Qyst requires creating an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Creating multiple accounts or sharing access without authorization is prohibited. Qyst reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these conditions.
4. Plans, Credits and Billing
Qyst is sold as credits: one credit buys one answered question. You can buy credits as a monthly or annual subscription, or as a one-off pack. Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing period and do not roll over; pack credits never expire. Prices are shown and charged in US dollars, and any dinar amount displayed is an approximate indication, not the sum billed. Checkout and billing are handled by our payment partner Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for every purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel them in the billing portal.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops all future charges, and you keep your remaining credits until the end of the period you have paid for. Subscriptions and credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of payment, under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Credits already spent on successful answers are not refundable. No credit is ever charged for an answer that fails to arrive — it is returned to your balance automatically.

The content, design, source code, and models of Qyst are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the service without prior written permission. Documents you submit remain your exclusive property.
7. Limitations of Liability
Qyst provides legal information for indicative purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of each response. Qyst cannot be held responsible for decisions made based on the information provided by the platform. Qyst's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the user over the last 12 months.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Qyst in accordance with Algerian law. Any use for fraudulent, illegal, or unethical purposes is strictly prohibited. It is forbidden to use the service to generate documents for deception or forgery purposes.
9. Modifications
Qyst reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. Modifications take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
10. Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these conditions will be subject to the competent courts of Algiers.
